Jenny Somerscales completed her massage training at the Oregon School of Massage and received her massage license in 1997. She also holds a Bachelors of Science in Communication Management from the University of Portland.

Jenny specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Prenatal massage and has taken continuing education classes in Shiatsu and Serpentine Hot Stone Massage. Jenny knows that each person has individual needs, so it is important to her that each massage session is tailored to your specific needs. Some people may prefer deeper, focused work to address pain or discomfort, while others may need a head-to-toe “feel-good” massage for overall relaxation. Jenny has developed her sense of touch and has good intuition about the ‘right kind of pressure,” and encourages feedback during the session to make sure you are comfortable at all times.

Jenny loves being a mom to her three kids, but as they are mostly in their teenage years, she enjoys going to work all the more! She and her husband especially enjoy a night out where they do some two-steppin’ and West Coast Swing! She also enjoys line dancing, reading historical fiction and watching her kids play in sporting events.
